HESK user base

Just curious, many users/organizations are using HESK. Our organization has about 80 people and we are going to deploy HESK in a few months.

You probably wanted to ask HOW many use HESK?

The short answer is: many.

The long answer is: HESK is a free script that can be downloaded, installed and used without any registrations, so there is no way for me to know how many organisations actually use HESK.

What I do know is HESK has been downloaded over 200,000 times. How many of these downloads are actually active I don't know. However, searching Google for "powered by help desk software hesk" returns thousands of results.

As an IT and Marketing business we run our office off of it.

We are added it to one of our clients websites and we have some clients that use our website to host their hesk desk.

I am looking for someone to turn Hesk into a WordPress plugin and I believe its use will skyrocket, at least for my clients.
