I was wondering if there was a way to auto send an email to customer informing them their ticket has been closed.

Maybe I'm missing it somewhere.

When I close a ticket I want the help desk to auto send an email informing the customer their ticket has been closed.

HESK doesn't have such a feature at the moment, but will consider adding it to the next version.
