Can't restrict permissions of technician user

Thanks so much for writing HESK. It's a great product! I searched dozens of other help desk software solutions, and your stood out among the best of the best.

Just so you know...
I have read the "READ THIS BEFORE POSTING" post
I have checked all the HESK Knowledgebase files
I have looked through the existing phpjunkyard Hesk forums using several search strings and even trying to just find it with my own eyes

This is important enough to me, I would be willing to purchase the site license for this software if you would help me with this one question.

Here is my problem: I want to have a tech who only has these permissions: can_view_tickets,can_reply_tickets,can_assign_self,can_view_unassigned

But, right now, that tech has permission to assign category, technician and priority.

I have ensured to restrict his permissions when creating his profile.
I have checked the settings page for a way to ensure this is restricted.
I have tried deleting and re-adding tickets
I have tried deleting and re-adding users
I have tried looking through every one of the backend MySQL tables through PhpMyadmin
I have tried Googling a solution on the PHP side (I'm not very knowledgable about PHP though)

Hello,

I tested myself and to answer your questions:

1. assign technician works for me like it should - the user has only ability to assign a ticket to himself/herself.

2. assign a category - this indeed was a bug, this permissions wasn't checked properly. Please download Hesk again and just upload these two updated files:
admin/admin_ticket.php
admin/move_category.php

3. Change priority: currently there is no option in Hesk to disallow a technician to change ticket priority (all staff members can do that), but will add it to the future version.

Thanks so much! Now my technicians can't assign it to other technicians and can't change the category I give it.

Whatever you did seemed to do the trick!
