SOLVED - don't receiving new ticket mail

What could be the problem that i don't receiving a mail that a customer has submit a ticket, on a catogory where i also belong to?

The customer is getting is conformation email well, and also i recieve wenn a customer submits a reply on a ticket.

If customers get email then email sending is working - yours must get lost on your server/spam filter. Check inside your SPAM folder and add your "noreply" email address to your spam filter whitelist.

I will receive a message that there is spam maild to me, and that i can unlock it, but will check it.

My profile setting are alright.
