This is not so much a question for support about the product but just wondering the reliability of the count on links. I have more downloads on the links i have posted on my site, than the visitors i have coming to my site shown from awstats section on my hosts control panel. All i am wondering if there have been any reports of false clicks happening when doing such things as editing the pages the links are on, or any other issues that could cause more clicks to show that have really happeneed. Much thanks in advance and i hope i explained myself clear enough :)

"False" clicks do happen, even with top-notch systems like Google AdSense.

If you want to prevent duplicate (false) clicks you would need a script capable of at least tracking duplicates based on IP and cookies and detecting bots. CCount doesn't support this at the moment.
