HESK corrputed website url

Prior to installing HESK, my website could be accessed via a browser by typing http://www.ethossolutions.net.

After installing HESK, if I input that same url, my website does not appear, and the address box displays http://www.ethossolutions.net/cgi-sys/d ... ebpage.cgi.

The only way I can access my website now is to type http://www.ethossolutions.net/index.html.

What has happened during the HESK install, and how do I fix it?

I see your website on the domain without problems. Hesk has nothing to do with it, try clearing your browser chache and if that doesn't help talk to your host.
