When staff try to open a ticket error 324 on Chorme?

When a staff try to open a ticket on Chrome error 324 and in Firefox, when click on submit ticket it ask to save admin_submit_ticket.php...

Interesting part when I tried opening ticket from Canada it works fine but when I try from India Google Chrome gave Error 324 and Firefox ask to save the admin_submit_ticket.php.

I think some kind of timeout do you have any suggestions or work around.

Haven't seen this before, but if it works fine from Canada then the server works fine and it must be some connection/local PC setup problem.

I think its issue with the servers I changed my hosting services it works fine
