Hiya
I installed HESK fine and got everything working so it appears, I got my first ticket through last night in an email with the following:
A new support ticket has been submitted. Ticket details:
Ticket subject: Roof Repair Quotation
Tracking ID: 5Z78LU3WS8
You can manage this ticket here:

When I click the link to retrieve the ticket I get the cannot connect to database error, Please notify webmaster at support@domain.com
Am I missing a setting somewhere?
If I log in through the index page with admin login, everything works

None of your links seem to work for me, they all give a "database conenction failed" error.
You will need to double-check your database settings - you can correct them manually in your existing settings file by downloading "hesk_settings.inc.php" from your server, opening it in notepad, locating database info and correct it.
