When you create a new user, by default they're setup to receive all ticket notifications. Is there any way to change it so I don't need to remove all notifications from their profile after I create the user? By default, I'd like my admins/users to not receive any email notifications since most of my users won't have working email addresses in their profile.

EDIT: I found the default settings in the hesk mysql database and changed them to suit my needs.
