How do I disable the email fuction within helpdesk?

Delete (or uncomment by adding // before the line) every line that starts with @mail in files:
- index.php
- submit_ticket.php
- reply_ticket.php
- admin/admin_reply_ticket.php
- admin/admin_submit_ticket.php
- admin/move_category.php
- admin/assign_owner.php
- admin/mail.php
