Hey Fellas,

We run a call center here with multiple clients. I want to be able to have the techs search for a contact that has already been entered. I know this can be done via the home -> search interface but it'd be nice to have it searchable when you click new ticket and have it populated automatically. I searched thru the forums and did not see this so I am unsure if it has already been done or not.

ouch...Is there anyone/anywhere that could integrate something like that?
