Old Attachments

Klemen,

I get a lot of mp3 attachments along with tickets, so the size of old files on my server adds up.
After I close a ticket, I don't need the attachment any longer. But there are old ones there going back for some time.

The files look like this
gf2JWJGSD2_bf4552d9bd60bef90ec0cd718cb60260.mp3

Can I safely delete older ones without breaking up the script?

Yes, you can delete the files. Tickets will still work and display, just the files won't be downloadable.
