Reset password in version 2.2? Any ideas?

Hi,

I need to reset the password in version 2.2....

I've tried all of these:
http://www.hesk.com/knowledgebase/?article=22

But they only go up to 2.1.

I also tried:
http://www.hesk.com/troubleshooter/trou ... hp?step=19

With no luck...

Any ideas?

I have tickets waiting to be answered :(

Have you trided the 2.1 one from the knowledgebase? It should work with 2.1 and up.
