Email notification when staff updates ticket

Hi new to Hesk and love it.
I couldnt find it when doing a search in the forums but how do I set it up to receive an email notification when a staff updates a ticket or closes it? I know right now i get notifications when the clients opens and responds to a ticket but not when staff does.
