One of the great features of Hesk is its file upload ability. I have installed it for an Accounting practice and many of the data files uploaded are quite large.
However Hesk does not seem to provide any feedback in relation to the file upload status. Surely something like a Progress Bar would be handy for anyone using the file upload feature.
Is there a plug-in or other feature in Hesk to enable this?
Failing that, I know PHP 5.2x has the hooks that would allow this, can anyone assist with how to activate these and create a progress bar?

No such plugins/features that I'm aware off. It would take a bit more than just simple code changes so I am afraid this is out of the scope of my support here, but will be considered for future releases.

as I am very surprised that the need for it does not appear to have been raised previously.
There are not a lot of help desk programs as comprehensive as this out there that have the file upload ability and this is one of the main reasons that I chose Hesk.
But for any decent sized upload I would feel that it would be an essential component and its non inclusion at the moment severely detracts from what appears to be an otherwise very fine product.
