I have been to http://www.phpjunkyard.com/license/ and entered my License key as per my email (dated July 23rd 2009.)

Downloaded the License File (which appears to be empty when opening it with textwrangler)

I've uploaded it to my hesk installation folder (/support) but the Hesk Logo and Powered By Logos are still present on site? - Do I need to go elsewhere to get a newer license code to use...?
- I was under the impression that a Hesk Code was valid forever...

The license format has changed in the latest version, you will need to download a new license from
https://www.hesk.com/license
