Still can't use attachments even after reading thread

Hi All, I am running HESK 2.2 and as everyone already knows it is a brilliant tool.
Anyway a user of mine tried to upload an attachment and pointed out that it failed. I had never tried before but noticed the problem myself. I went to this thread viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2604 but the problem is it tells me in point 4. copy the given path and enter it exactly as displayed to your Hesk Settings. I can't find the place to put this in hesk 2.2?

Am I missing something?

Sorry for the late reply, I was out of the country.

The path belongs into the "system/root path" field. You will also need to:
- make sure that folder is writable by php
- make sure your PHP has file uploads enabled
- check file upload limits in your php cofiguration (maximum file size for example)
