Multiple Websites: Can HESK track multiple sites?

Can HESK organize and track needed help from multiple websites?


Is there a way to configure it so that you know definitively from which site a request for help has been made?


Can the person needing help and you add audio and video?


Can a chat module be added?

It's not designed to support multiple websites, but this may be solved in a future version by creating categories and sub-categories.

Any file can be attached, you just need to add the file extensions to the allowed attachment extensions list in the settings.

There is no chat module available for Hesk as far as I know.
