404 Error - Won't go to install.php

For some reason I am getting this error on:
http://biznoz.com/support/install/install.php

404 - Page not found!

The page you requested could not be found!

Any ideas?

Well the obvious problem is the install.php file isn't inside your install folder. Upload all Hesk files again.

When i visit the link you provided and just use http://biznoz.com/support/install/ (without install.php at the end) I am asked to install a new version of Hesk 2.1 or Update the current version to version 2.1
But I guess you would like to install the latest Hesk version 2.2 ?

I decided to leave the page and not do anything

Yes I am trying to install a new version
http://biznoz.com/support/install/ works but when I go to the first step, it can't find that file

I guess you are doing something wrong.
I have to be honest, I can not be sure about this as I have never installed Hesk. But the top left text on the screen is saying "HESK 2.1 installation script"
So I guess you have the wrong files (not for version 2.2) inside the "install" folder.
I would delete all files in the "install" folder and download version 2.2 again and follow the installation instructions.

Like Henrie said, you have version 2.1 on your server. I agree, you should:
- delete all files
- download ORIGINAL hesk again from www.hesk.com/download.php
- try the installation process again.
