Subcategories

Is there a way to have subcategories associated with your main categories. I have a ton of departments here, and I want to subcategorize a lot of their category listings, but not sure how to do that.

Is there away to do that and not mess up the reports?

Subcategories unfortunately aren't supported at the moment, but planned for one of the future releases.

I appreceiate the response and suggestions. I to have done something similar to what you have presented. But because I have multiple departments using the site, I had to break things down via the department such as:

Software: Installation Related
Software: Account Related
Software: Maintenance Related
Software: Decommision Assistance
Network: Installation Related
Network: Maintenance Related
Network: Decommision Assistance
Security: Polygraphy
Security: Security Breifing
Secuirty: In Processing
Training: Training Request
Training: Training Feedback
etc...

Unfortunately hesk does not provide subcategories at this moment, but I am hoping that it is something that is provided within the next upgrade. It would definitely be beneficial to all shops using this system.
