reciprocal link Help

Hello,

First off I l have the script Link Manager and thank you for it...I have a couple of questions?

1. How much is the licensee to remove the footer?

2. This is the most important question. How do I accept links from people and not require a recip? Please try to explain this either to me in email or here if you may. Also what folder ect to edit.
