The report in Hesk 2.2 is not working for me

Everything works great. I have disabled the Knowledge base in the settings.
However, the Reports shows 0 for any selection.
How do I resolve this issue.

Do you have any tickets in the help desk already? Reports will show 0 if there are no tickets in the database for the selected date range.

I had it. It did not work yesterday. Today, I check and it worked.
