Changing Nane Field On Ticket

I need to know how to change the Name Field On the Ticket.

I would like to change Name : to

Name As It Appears On Credit Card :

We're getting alot of people that are entering different names here and we need it to be able to search the ticket system. thanks.

All the text used is in the language/en/text.php file.

Hesk 2.2 will have an option to search by custom fields.

Thank you K. Can you also put see if the following additions can be done. I've searched around and a large majority of help desk software have it.

-locking a ticket to make it not viewable to the buyer.
-having an ip ban in the program itself

Locking a ticket has been added to 2.2 - the ticket will still be viewable, but the customer won't be able to reply to reopen it. IP ban isn't planned for 2.2.

Hi....I've been using HESK for several months now and it sure makes life easier. I just want to put one more big YES to the IP ban option. Some customers won't stop harassing us. Although we have turned off the option to reopen the ticket, they just make a new one. Please add IP block to HESK.

I already added it on the "to do" list although it most likely won't make it to 2.2 yet.

However, with IP banning you need to keep in mind most people have dynamic IP addresses not static ones so they can just come back with a new IP address and submit a ticket despite the previous ban.
