I don't know if I installed it right. Whenever you go to my ccount page thing: www.mydomain.com/ccount/ a page of listed files comes up. I do not know how to access the admin panel. any help would be very much appreciated.

You get a "Page not found" error. Check if this is really the URL to CCount and make sure you use CoRrEcT CaSe!

gives an error, where did you install CCount?
