When a costomer submits a ticket, they recieve an e-mail confirmation. This part works well, however I have three admins setup with e-mail addresss' but none of them recieve e-mail when a ticket is submitted. Where can I start to look to help diagnose the problem.

If you submit a ticket as a customer but using your admin e-mail do you get a notification?
