Not sure if this is in here somewhere (looked, but did not see), but is it possible to add a url to a webpage within the responses sent ie. %%url%%.
I would like to add a link within my responses to let a person visit another page or site.
Is this possible?

a URL in responses
World Of Prius
Is the URL always the same or not? If it's the same you can either type it directly into the canned response or perhaps add it to your signature (click the Profile link).

It must be able to be changed. For example, if you get a ticket, your first contact canned response could be along the lines of:
We will reply to your query within 24 hours. In the meantime, please accept this $5 Amazon voucher with our compliments.
Regards
Yada yada yada...
This could also allow for tracking and analytic url's to be placed within responses.
