Alright guys I have got the free version of hesk and I was wondering if I am allowed to modify the files.. What I would like to do is to include my own header and banner above your cost..

My header includes one image, and links.. see here http://www.digitalresellersvault.com/

When you click on Contact us. It opens up a new window and takes me to your software.. What I want to do is put it right underneath. SO that everything flows smoothly

Yes, you may modify HESK to fit your needs (add features or change the look to fit your web site design), as long as:

1. the "powered by" links remain intact (to remove those purchase a License)
2. you don't redistribute the script (in part or in full)
