Automatic reply mail

Receives customers an automatic reply mail, when they open a new ticket in HESK?

Please help.

Hi, just to clarify what your asking. Do you mean you would like customers to receive an email once a member of staff has replied to their ticket? If so then I think you will find HESK already does this... doesn't it....?

No I didn't mean that.
If a customer opens a new ticket on the website, then he gets a new ticket ID. But I want to know, if the customer sends an e-mail to me to open a new ticket. Is this possible with HESK?

That's called "email piping" and is currently not supported by HESK.

yep, this future will be very nice. I also looking this how to integrate in helpdesk. Any futures? Any modules?
