View ticket error

I have installed hesk in a folder on www.ourlordsfriends.com. The main site is running phpfox. Hesk is working great apart from when someone clicks view ticket when they have submitted one, it takes them to www.domain.com. i have set the site up as the instructions have said and all admin fields have been completed with urls etc etc.

Any ideas?

Login to admin panel and check your setting for "Help desk URL:". You will notice it's set to
http://www.domain.com/hesk

I already checked that and it says www.ourlordsfriends.com/hesk but it still goes to www.domain.com/hesk
