Searching problem

Wenn searching for a specific customer in our database from Hesk, it will give the good amount and pages, but wenn clicking on the next page all the other pages will be shownd and all the suport tickets will be ther.

What could be the problem?

That was a bug in 2.1, upgrade to version 2.2

Where can version 2.2 be found? The official download on hesk.com is still version 2.1

Oh, my, sorry, I'm missing some sleep this week... I mean it has been a bug in 2.0 and fixed in 2.1

So you do have 2.1 with all the files updated? Make sure you have print_tickets.inc.php and find_tickets.php from the original 2.1 version.
