here's my when trying to attach .txt. "Cannot move file to the attachments folder, please check you"


and also when im done creating ticket, and when i click the "view ticket"
it goes here "http://my-webs.org/notify/1.php"

I can't really be sure since you didn't post phpinfo.php file, but the first problem is *probably* because you have the wrong "Root/Server path" in your settings and the second one probably because of the wrong Hesk URL in the settings.

Login to admin panel and make sure all settings (all URLs, root/server path and others) are correct.
