Is it possible to install 2 HESK in 1 SERVER?

Sure, why not? Just make sure you either install each in a separate MySQL database or use different "Table prefix" settings for each copy.

As an additional note, don't do two installs back to back. There are cookies or session variables or something that doesn't let the second install work properly. I imagine closing the browser would work. I just used *shudder* IE for the second install.
