Yesterday i test en buy the Helpdesk tool, great script, but only the attachmenst doesn't work.
The path is correct, also permissions, also upload size (have other scripts running for more than 200MB uploading)
I running windows machine on apache see phpinfo
Hope someone can help me.

Please try searching old posts before posting as there have been many similar questions in the past.
I bet the server path is incorrect. Turn on Debug mode in settings and see what error you get.
