Corrupt Attachments

I currently updated from 0.94.1 to 2.0, but now all my attachments are corrupt, this means i can open them, but they are all empty or word is showing a message that the files are corrupt.

Please help me...

Try this:

1. get http://www.phpjunkyard.com/extras/update_att.zip
2. upload update_att.php to your server into your Hesk folder (make backup first)
3. open update_att.php in browser
4. delete update_att.php from server

See if that helps.

That tool removed all my links to the attachments :P
I can't see the links to the attachments now in tickets.
Please help.

I'm not sure what's wrong as it's hard to guess without knowing anything about your server, but I would recommend that you delete Hesk, install your 0.94.1 backup and do the upgrade to 2.0 again.

Is it also possible to just restore a mysql dunp file of the hesk table?
