It would be nice if there was a way to see a difference in brand new tickets in the OPEN TICKETS list verses, tickets that are still open but being worked on. Maybe 3 status'. New, Open, Resolved. Maybe status' can be configurable.

I do hope to see this feature.. this would be a good replacement for the "assign" feature.. just something to let everyone know which issues are being worked on.

New
Replied
Waiting reply (from customer or staff respectively)
Closed
