How to change index.php design?

We have hesk Add-on running on our website, I don't know php, but using HTML+CSS I'm trying to change the appearance of the index.php through the css file,hesk_style.css.
but I don't know which file to use in order to change the html markup.
already changed the inc/header.inc.php, but what comes next?

HTML code is embedded in the index.php file but I don't recommend messing up with it unless you understand how PHP works. In any way make backups of files before you edit them.
