Hi there,

I have a questions and hope somebody can get me on the way.

We have a sales departement and a customer service departement.
On our sales dep. there are working 3 people on our customer service 1.

From our sales departement we like to fillout support tickets from customers who we spoke on the phone, those tickets have to go to our Customer service departement.

Now I have four accounts and a Administrater account, when we from sales fillout a ticket and send it every user becomes mail which is very frustrating, we just like it to be that the one who fills a ticket gets mail from our customerservice dep. with a solution.

How do I have to setup Hesk for this.

Hopefully you will understand what i wrote I am from The Netherlands
