Klemen your new update to this already amazing work is ideal. Administrating a web server is already time consuming, you have elevated some of the tasks with much skill, this is to ratify the original post even further and the price is not bad either ; yes you have a beer being sent to you ! Cheers.

here's another

tommyinnn, I see that your KB search is having problems also. I visited your site, and searched for 'websites', which I saw in one of your articles, it returns zero results. But search for some of terms do work. Any ideas why this happens, since it could help solve my KB searching problem.
Oh, and Klemen, great job. We've been using the older Helpdesk in our school system for about a year now. Has worked great. I'm currently making changes to your 2.0 version to match what we need. We're looking forward to switching. I love the fact we can notes....sometimes teachers don't need to see how upset they make us
ohh, just tried search for INSTANTLY on tommyinnn's site...which I see is in a couple of the articles...no results.

that's cause
I have 2 searches, the main search which uses a script by Orca - spiders the entire site http://www.greywyvern.com/orca - it's on a cron job but it works fine - try checking your spelling "instantly"
http://sitecreatorz.com/search/_search. ... stantly&c=
and it also works fine for the KBase script - which only searches the articles in that script
http://www.sitecreatorz.com/tickets/kno ... =instantly

Actually, Klemen explained it to me in another post. The search didn't work because you had only a few articles, and if the term appears in 50% or more, then it doesn't return any results. After you added more articles, the search for "instantly" starts working.
With that in mind, I started leaving off the "How To" at the beginning of my article titles.

wow, pretty impressive that you have anything in there, since this version of helpdesk just came out with the KB feature. When I was on your site the first time, you had fewer articles, and I did search correctly. Doesn't matter now though, since Klemen has already told me where the problem lies...with the sql search.
