New update v2

Post by puniksem »

I've installed and tested your new version 2 upgrade this evening and as yet I have found no problems or conflicts with the entire script.

The integration with the existing version went without a hitch, and the readme was clear and easy to understand. It was also nice to see that you have kept your promise by adding many of the user suggested features, including mine.

WELL DONE!

I'm now going to have a play with your two new little scripts, random text and image.

Just browsed and downloaded your new version.
Seems like excellent work and as soon as I have the upgrade up and running I will buy a copy.

Thanks

KArel

BTW: the readme.html has a very strange requirement for the PHP version:-)

Thanks for the kudos all, hope it serves you well. I did include a number of user suggestions and many more will come in future releases.

Strange requirement fro PHP version Karel? It says 4.3.2, doesn't it? That doesn't mean either 4 or 3 or 2, but version 4.3.2 or higher because this version introduced some functions required and used by Hesk.

Klemen,

My readme file says:
PHP 4.3.2 or never

Just a bit odd :-)
But thanks again for the excellent work.

Getting back to Ticket List

Post by campden »

Klemen;

Awesome software, expect some beer money from us once we have the Hesk 2.0 configured the way we like it.

Just one question, why is there no back button or why are you not automatically returned to the Ticket List after submitting a response? Or are we nuts and just can't see it?

Maybe there is some simple PHP stuff we can insert in on eor two of your scripts?

Hi,

The "Home" link in top menu should bring you back to the open tickets list.

I will see if I can add some other solutions and shortcuts in the next version.

Great stuff. This is a major improvement on what was already great software. Have been using the original script for 12 months and are now about to use 2.0.

Thanks
