Lock a user from viewing ticket

Hi everyone. This is the first time I'm posting here and just wanted to say how much i love Hesk (V.0.94.1). It has made things so much easier for what I do. My question is, does anyone know of a way that I can stop users from replying/viewing a message while someone else is replying/viewing to that message?

What happens is that I receive a message at the help desk, view it and start replying. A college of mine (who uses a different username from me) can read the same message I'm reading, and reply to it as well. What happened was that we both replied to the same message at basically the same time (which caused a little bit of a mix up). So is there anyway that while i'm viewing/replying to a message, that the other user(s) get a message saying perhaps "I'm sorry, [username] is viewing this message at the moment. Please try again later".

I'll definitely add something like this (like assigning tickets) in the future. maybe not yet in 0.95 (which will hopefully be ready for release before the end of this year) but definitely in the future.

But for now I'm afraid I can't help with this.
