Problem with URL

I've recently installed the script, but within the email and the links around my installation, it shows:

http://**/support//admin_ticket.php?track=HELL68JUXY

Note the two // i've got in the middle of the URL.

What's gone wrong here and how do I fix it?

Login to Hesk as an administrator, go to Settings and make sure Hesk URL doesn't have a trailing slash.

http://domain.com/support/ = WRONG
http://domain.com/support = CORRECT
