Helpdesk: Mail ?

Bonsoir,

Je viens d'installer le script "Helpdesk", il est génial..

J'ai testé le bon fonctionnemen des liens, alors j'ai trouvé un petit problème:

Lorsque je clique sur: "ID du ticket oublié ?", et je rentre l'e-mail avec laquelle j'ai ouvert un ticket, je ne reçoit pas l'ID de mon ticket...

Sur quel niveau je peut modifier le script pour que l'e-mail fonctionne.

Hi there,

Emmm, I don't really speak French and I don't know if you speak English, if yes try posting it in English.

From what I could understand you are having problems with sending e-mail with "Forgot ticket ID" function. Are e-mails working elsewhere (do you get an e-mail when someone submits a ticket)?

I just installed the same script on my site, but I have a little problem, none sends e-mail has been made, or e-mail summary, or e-mail for the ID forgotten ..

Would it be possible for me solve my problem?
