ideas for you that you hopefully like.

1.I miss the option that a customer need to login. Now everyone can just make a ticket. Maybe with a option so you can switch this On or Off. So before a customer can create a ticket he first needs to login.

In the login screen a user can ask for a login-ID. When he does that the admin gets a email and then the admin needs to validate the user. If its ok the user gets a email with he login-id and password. If not he gets a email the he don’t gets account

I would be nice if there was a option to change the languish. Now it’s only English and I would like the have it in Dutch for my customers. I you have a language file that you use we could translate it so everyone can use it’s own language. I know the i can translate the php files but after an update it will be gone.

If it is possible when you create a customer account that you can make note about his street and number, zip code, city, telephone number extra notes field ect. My plan is when a customer creates a ticket i can go to his place when needed and then a can see his adres and telephone.

When a customer create a ticket and I need to go to his place I need a working ticket. So maybe an option to print the ticket with al information about this ticket and history. If possible with a template so you can create you own one

So far for now. I hope you like my ideas and that you can use them.

I actually prefer not having them login as it might deter some people from using it. I am using this in house and they are used to simply phoning support, so there's an adjustment. However, it is an option that can be turned off or on that is a good thing.

This helpdesk is better then most commercial scripts out there :)

Would it be possible when displaying the main page of tickets to see the created date and time as well as update date and time.

Sometimes I find myself looking at the same ticket over and over :)
