We provide IT support to several different clients. We want to be able to offer our clients' users the ability to log their own support requests via Hesk.
One thing we would like to be able to do with Hesk is have it ask the person logging the support request which company they work for and have a copy of the support request emailed to a representative of their company for their records etc.
Is this possible? Anyone know how I could achieve this?
