Click.txt being erased

I believe my ccount software is being hacked some how because my clicks.txt file is being erased or is missing many links. It could be a hack or the script is some how erasing my click.txt file or deleting links.

I have check the readme file and the website but have not really found any information on how to secure ccount. Should I be changing the permissions on certain files? Is it possible to crack the password or steal the password?
