That's because "ticket.php" file is missing on your server. Make sure you upload ALL files that come with Hesk.

I received an email that a ticket was received. Then I clicked the "view your ticket" link, and lo and behold....a 404 page. ticket.php is ON my server...

From the View source code of the page delivered after submitting a ticket:

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<h3 align="center">Ticket submitted</h3>

<p>&nbsp;</p>

<p align="center">Your ticket has been successfully submitted! Ticket ID: <b>9JLZTN788S</b></p>
<p align="center"><a href="http://www.mywebsite.com/support/ticket ... 788S">View your ticket</a></p>

mywebsite.com ???

I'd say you have a bug, as this code should be grabbing my info from the settings...don't you agree?

I'd say you should double-check your settings page. Settings are stored in a file and they work fine for several thousand users, you do the math if this is a bug or not

That was funny..

okee dokee...

That was funny. I had mywebsite.com in one of the fields.. That was an oversight on my part... ok.. it was a duh......

Is it possible to integrate with with a website template from my site? I want to take a header.php and a footer.php and squeeze in this program like a subway sandwich. The template would encompass all files for the client area.
