First of all, this is a great script and seems to function perfectly on our internal web site. I know that it's coming in the next version, but is there a simple way to create a category change field? I'm not a coder by nature, but we will probably assign tickets by category so it would be great to be able to change this on the fly to route it to the correct person. I'll play with it some to see if I can figure it out on my own but I just thought I'd run it by some experts in the mean time.

Well, I guess there are couple other posts like this. After trying to mod it myself, it's much harder than it might seem. Maybe I'm just impatient about the new version. Yeah, that's probably it.

Unfortunately yes, it's a bit hard to do it yourself if you don't know PHP well. It will be easy in the next version though.
