i would like to know if anyone has code for or can tell me what code i need to make a page that will show all the open tickets to the end users so if they forget their ticket number they can find it in the list and then click on the ticket number and see the details. i did a search and did not find anything like this. Thank you in advance. using php version 4.6 and mysql version 5.0

That's not possible in the current version, but it is included in the next one which is currently in beta testing stages.
