I am wondering if anywhere i couldn't find it my script picks up my hosting server time which is USA however my customers our in UK is there a way of making the time stamp to copy whatever time the persons computer is on ?

The timestamp will always be the one set on the server. I think there was a thread about changing date here somewhere, you might want to try to find it. But just to let you know editing that will require some PHP knowledge and is beyond the support I provide here.
