New version of MBoard

Because I sometimes have problems sending out newsletter I will be posting any new releases of MBoard also in this topic.

NEWS:
MBoard version 1.3 has just been released. Changes include:
- fixed a minor security issue (thanks to guys from Mayhemic Labs for reporting it)
- updated security number code which can now display the security number in a generated image or alternatively text format.
- added MBoard version JunkMark(tm) filter for better SPAM protection

I'm only a human so mistakes from my part are of course possible, let me know if any problems occur that are not covered in the readme.htm!
